Psychology 2.0 is integrative
- as the founder of Psychology 2.0 is not connected to any major school of psychology (dynamic, cognitive &c.) the site is independent of various approaches
- by using simple, everyday language, Psychology 2.0 tries to integrate the different findings in a common framework.
- A good example of this integration is the effort made by Fodormik's Integrated Paradigm for Psychology (FIPP) which operates both with terms such as cognitive schemata (used in cognitive science) and self (used in the dynamic school's approach).
- Psychology 2.0 respects the major findings of classical psychology (Psychology 1.0) but aims to rethink and integrate these findings into a wholly psychological view of life
